| Who can volunteer? |

The minimum age to volunteer is 16 years old. We need volunteers who can work hands-on with the animals, help us with administrative tasks or participate in our community outreach events. |

| What reasons do people give for volunteering? |
| |
People volunteer for many reasons. Some like to work hands-on with the animals to give homeless and abused animals the 'TLC' and daily care they need until new owners can be found.
Others lend their expertise to assist admin staff in getting behind-the-scenes things done. |

| Where do I go for Volunteer Orientation? |

Go to the Humane Education and Training Center. It is the first building on your right as you enter the SPCA property. |
Where do I log my Volunteer Hours? |
| |
When volunteering at the SPCA Tampa Bay, the Volunteer Login is located in the hallway of the volunteer office. If completing hours from home, you can log in by clicking on the link to the right. |
Where can I drop off Donations? |
| |
Follow the red Donation signs and they will take you to the back entrance for donation drop-off. |

First, read about our Volunteer Opportunities by clicking on the link above. Then click on the Find out More button to contact the Volunteer Manager to register for an upcoming Volunteer Orientation. |
How do I get a volunteer t-shirt? |
| |
Once you have completed your required training for the area you select, see your Mentor or Supervisor to receive a Volunteer t-shirt. Please wear your Volunteer T-shirt anytime you are volunteering. |
